Pricing

How we charge.

One per-firm subscription. Never linked to your AUM. No revenue share. The number is quoted on your demo — and it holds.

Commitments

What every quote commits to.

The model, never the number.

  1. 01

    One subscription, per firm.

Every module, every product class, every user in the firm. There is no module you can buy that your neighbour cannot, and nothing important sits behind a locked tab.

  2. 02

    Never priced on your AUM.

Scale independence is deliberate: a platform priced on your book takes a share of your success for doing the same work it did last year. Your costs follow your headcount and your ambition, not your assets.

  3. 03

    No revenue share, ever.

No basis points, no commission participation. You pay us to operate the platform and we never profit from your book. It is also why we do not hold an ARN and never will.

  4. 04

    Pass-throughs, itemised at cost.

GST and the exchange and RTA charges levied by whoever levies them, itemised on your quote. We do not mark them up, and there is no connection or setup fee hiding behind them.

The number

Why the number is not on this page.

Because it is still being settled with the first cohort of firms, and a published figure that moves is worse than a quoted figure that holds. We would rather tell you that plainly than run the callback theatre the rest of this category runs. Everything about how we charge is on this page, permanently and in writing. The amount is a twenty-minute conversation, and you will have it on the first call rather than the third.

A folded Financial Times, a banded stack of notes, a brass key and a fountain pen, set out in a row on a pale floor.

Included

What every licence includes.

There is one licence, so this is an inclusion list rather than a tier matrix. Distributor and client onboarding. Order management across every product class. Transaction processing and RTA feed reconciliation. Corporate actions. Holdings and valuation. Revenue and commission computation. Wealth CRM. Dashboards, reports and client statements. The white-labelled client portal, on your brand and your subdomain. Users, roles and the four-level hierarchy. Sub-broker mapping and commission splits. API access.

Migration of your existing book is part of the onboarding engagement, scoped on the call. It is not a separate line on the quote.

Models, not amounts. Where a competitor publishes its own figures we will show them here with the source and the date they were captured; until each is sourced to that standard, this table compares only the shapes. No Finvica figure appears anywhere on this site.

Questions about the money.

Does the price change with my AUM?

No. It is the same subscription whether your book doubles or halves. If your price moved with your assets you would be paying us more for work we did not do.

Is it per firm or per ARN?

Per firm. If you hold more than one ARN, they sit under one subscription and one book rather than being billed separately.

Do sub-brokers cost extra?

No. Sub-broker mapping, hierarchy and commission splits are part of the platform, not an add-on, and the count does not change what you pay.

What are the exchange and RTA charges?

They are set by BSE, NSE, MFU and the RTAs rather than by us, and they pass through at cost, itemised on your quote. We do not add a margin to them.

How does the quote work, and does it hold?

You get a number on the demo call, after we understand what you run today. It is the number, not a starting point — we do not discount off an inflated list price, because a list price nobody pays is just another way of hiding the model.

Is it invoiced annually?

Yes, annually in advance, with GST itemised separately. Terms are on the agreement rather than negotiated per invoice.

What is included?

Every module and every product class, for every user in the firm. Migration of your existing book is part of the onboarding engagement rather than a separate line.

When will you publish tiers?

When they stop moving. Pricing is being settled with the first cohort of firms, and publishing a figure that changes in three months would cost more trust than the transparency earns. When tiers stabilise, they appear on this page.
